At CozyWix™, every product is made uniquely for you with your birth year and custom name. Because personalization starts quickly after purchase, cancellations and modifications need to be requested fast — here’s how we make it simple.
1. Order Modifications
Need to fix a name, birth year, or address? Contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After this, your personalized item may already be in production and changes might not be possible.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. Since each product is custom-made, once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
3. How to Request Changes
Email us at support@cozywix.com with your order number, full name, and the exact changes you need. Our team will confirm if the update is still possible and act immediately.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel within the allowed 6-hour window, we’ll issue a 100% refund to your original payment method. After production starts, any adjustments must follow our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Unavailable Items
In rare cases, if your selected style or color is unavailable, we’ll email you with options: choose an alternative, backorder, or receive a full refund.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 6 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot alter the destination, but you can contact the courier to arrange delivery adjustments.
7. Order Status & Tracking
We’ll email you once your order is confirmed and again when it ships, including a tracking link so you can follow your custom item’s journey to your door.
