If any listing unintentionally includes protected content, we’ll act quickly to remove or modify it.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice (for Copyright or Trademark):

• Your legal name, email address, and phone number.
• A description of the original work or mark you own (include registration number if applicable).
• The exact URL(s) on CozyWix™ where the allegedly infringing material appears (product page or image URL).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

What happens next? We review within 1–3 business days. During review, we may temporarily disable the listing or image. If appropriate, we will remove or amend the content and notify the seller/customer involved. If you filed in error, please let us know so we can promptly restore the content.

Counter-Notice: If you believe a takedown was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with supporting information. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable laws.
