Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Because our products are personalized, returns are generally accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. For non-personalized accessories, you may return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom name or birth year items (unless damaged or incorrect)
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

3. Easy Return Process

Email support@cozywix.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. Our support team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the steps.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free if the issue is our fault (wrong, damaged, or defective item). Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time may vary by bank).

6. Exchanges

If you need a replacement for the same personalized design (due to an error or damage), we’ll remake and ship it at no extra cost. For changes in design or personalization, a new order will be required.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction comes first. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

8. Cancellations

Since personalized orders begin production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
