2. Personalized Products (AGE + Custom Name)

Our products are made-to-order using the name and birth year you submit. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and year before checkout. A real-time preview is provided (where available) to reduce errors.

3. Order Process & Payment

Orders are produced after payment is confirmed. You authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping. Once production starts, changes may not be possible. If you need help, contact support quickly after ordering.

4. Cancellations & Edits

For fastest resolution, request a cancellation or edit within 2 hours of purchase or before production begins (whichever comes first). After production starts, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Typical processing: 1–3 business days. Typical transit (USA): 2–5 business days. Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 (US & International). Carrier delays and customs may affect delivery times.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because items are personalized, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, or typos provided by the customer. However, we stand behind our quality:

• Misprint/Damage/Wrong Item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund.
• Size Issues: If we shipped a size different from your order, we’ll replace. For customer-selected size issues, contact support — we may offer a discounted remake.
• Color/Screen Variance: Minor differences between on-screen preview and final print are normal due to display and material variations.

7. User Content & IP

You represent that you have rights to the name/year and any additional content you submit. Do not upload or request protected logos, brand marks, celebrity likenesses, or copyrighted art without permission. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to infringe intellectual property or violate our guidelines.

8. Prohibited Content

We do not produce content that is hateful, harassing, illegal, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that breaches this policy.

9. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and international duties may apply based on your location and are your responsibility where required by law.

10. Warranty & Liability

Products are provided “as is” except where required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, CozyWix™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Your sole remedy for defective goods is replacement or refund as described above.
